“Bonho by la torre” is a unique space inside the Sierra Calderona, with views of Valencia. In the Torre S.XVII Cartujas Valencianas where you can find dreamlike renovated facilities to celebrate any type of event.

The farmhouse of the Cartujos de Porta Coeli, in whose chapel was the prior San Bonifacio Ferrer, and after become the “Carthusian wine”, which has to be considered the best vineyard in the Kingdom in the 18th century with some cellars of Gothic naves with buttresses (which are the jewel in the crown of this space) and a tower with a Mudejar style sundial surrounded by twelve hectares of orange and olive trees. Immersed in the Sierra Calderona, this farm of enjoyment and recreation arises. The noble area consists of 500 m2 distributed over three floors. It has a master suite with bathroom, 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, terraces, patios, barbecue, swimming pool, fronton, gym, games area, stables and skeet shooting platform.

Silence, peace and the feeling of space and freedom, fresh air and life surrounded by nature are the most remarkable and luxurious features of this property. Surrounded by nature, away from the noise and stress of the city, it has tried to continue with the same aura of space but giving a Cosmos touch of simplicity and warmth in the interior and exterior space, allowing event organizers with furniture to modify the same space The place has wonderful indoor and outdoor facilities.

The design that Cosmos wanted for the architecture of the farmhouse was to give it a light touch where 4 fundamental pillars come together: minimalism, whiteness, the rural and timeless world. A place where nature and rural areas can merge while maintaining all the existing charm, where the assistant can recall the time of our grandparents in the villages. As a result, everything is of simplicity and clarity. Silence, rest, disconnection, seem assured. Such a farmhouse could not but resort to local materials such as stone, the whiteness of lime and wood. In conclusion, everything refers to the natural. To the timeless. We are very grateful for the fantastic execution of Sancho Proyectos.

The land has 12 hectares of extension, surrounded by beautiful and well-kept garden areas, as well as a large area of orange trees around the farmhouse. It has the installation made that collects the rainwater from the Sierra de la Calderona so in general you can find streams, ponds, stones, trees, but above all nature, a lot of NATURE!

It has been a pleasure for us to work on this type of project, where I evoke those aforementioned pillars, since we have very strong Álvaro Siza’s phrase of “Tradition is a challenge for innovation”. Moreover, we are currently working with them on two other new projects to expand wedding halls, the main characteristics of the first being to unify the image, but at the same time, each one different to give more added value to our clients.
